Reading this chart
The table uses 100 U-100 markings per millilitre. It does not assign a medicine dose or a mass to any row. Only entries within the capacity of your actual syringe can fit in one barrel.

A chart cannot check your label
This reference does not apply to a different syringe scale. Check for U-100 on the packaging and barrel. If the prescription, vial and syringe use different units, have a pharmacist reconcile them rather than guessing.
